Are you goal oriented?

Before we ask ourselves, are we committed to success. We should ask ourselves “what are our goals?”

Because success needs to be defined. If we don’t define success, how do we know when we are successful. Brian Tracy says “a goal oriented person will run circles around a talented person.” That is so true.

Talent I believe is a far too over rated word. Brian even says “Even if you have the 999 qualities to success. You will not be successful if you don’t have discipline.” The most successful people are the ones with discipline.

Michael Jordan, one of the greatest basketball players ever said ” Talent is easy. Everybody has talent. But ability requires hard work.”

So let us commit to success by being disciplined, working hard and investing in our success education.
